Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it by contacting us via silentmarinerow.site or calling our support team at +39 06 1234 5678. If we have not started preparing your pizza, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Policy for In-House Errors

If you receive a pizza that is not as per your order due to an in-house error, such as wrong toppings or size, please contact us immediately. We will either remake your pizza at no additional cost or offer a refund. Please report any order discrepancies within 1 hour of order receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Quality Concerns

We aim to serve pizzas that delight our customers. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the pizza you have received, please inform us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund the amount in €. The decision for a refund will be made on a case-by-case basis and upon validation of the complaint.

Refund Method

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items such as gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable. Additionally, any food item that has been consumed beyond a reasonable amount is deemed as accepted and cannot be refunded.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If a delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, no refund will be issued. It is vital to ensure that the delivery address entered for your order is accurate, including 00184, Italy, Roma, and Via Margherita.
